WCCO Staff Report the new Minneapolis Community Safety commissioner Cedric Alexander released a statement saying he regrets the tone of his tweets. He had been involved in a Twitter debate with locals about what appeared to be criticism of “Operation Endeavor,” a city-wide public safety plan.
