Katie Galioto from the Star Tribune reports on St. Paul is seeking money to repair its streets following a court ruling that left the city with a $15 million budget gap. Tuesday was the deadline for the city’s appeal to the May 2 ruling by Ramsey County District Court Judge Robert Awsumb. He ordered St. Paul not to assess individual property owners for routine upkeep on streets that border their land.
