Via TARE-11: The Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota are seeing a gradual decline in gas prices, with some stations even falling below the $4/gallon mark. Patrick De Haan from GasBuddy, head of petroleum analysis, stated that the national average fell for 27 days, or four consecutive weeks. This is the longest drop in average gas prices in the past decade.
