This was based on an investigation by the State Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Faith Gratz, 24, was charged in Washington County with first-degree drugs sale and first degree drug possession. According to court websites, the prosecution filed to dismiss the charges Tuesday citing an indictment made by a grand jury in June. Gratz was charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of methwith intent to distribute.
