Stephen Montemayor, Star Tribune reporter, has reported that Senior U.S. District judge Paul Magnuson sentenced J. Magnuson, an ex-Minneapolis officer police officer. Alexander Kueng will serve three years imprisonment, and Tou Thao will serve 3 1/2 years for criminal civil rights violations related to the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis in 2020. These sentencings conclude the Justice Department’s criminal prosecution against the four ex-Minneapolis police officers who were involved in Floyd’s death.
