Cloud, who helped refugees plant a garden on city-owned property; an advocate for culturally accessible care to domestic abuse survivors; a Native student who is pursuing a psychology degree at Bemidji State University; entrepreneurs inspired by Philando castile who devised a way of monitoring people’s interactions during traffic stops.
Ava Kian, Andy Steiner, and Harry Colbert, Jr. will be hosting a conversation at 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 31. They will discuss how they find stories that inspire hope despite Minnesota’s slow progress in reducing health disparities.
